Epsen Fuller & Associates Awarded International Search Assignments

Morristown, N.J. (July
14, 2004) - DRS Technologies and Ansell
Healthcare, both publicly-traded New Jerseybased
companies, recently tapped executive search firm
Epsen Fuller & Associates, LLC, for international
search assignments to fill strategic positions that
will ensure the continued growth of each company.
DRS, a leading aerospace and defense technology
company with over 35 locations and nearly $1.5 billion
in annual sales, has retained Epsen Fuller & Associates
to lead the search for a managing director to head
their United Kingdom and European operations. Headquartered
in Farnham, England, the new managing director of
DRS' Tactical Systems, LTD, a division of the C4I
operating group, will provide overall leadership
and general management to this European manufacturing
and sales organization, while leading the charge
to grow the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
market and expand the global awareness of DRS as
a leading provider of fully integrated computing
systems for a wide variety of military and defense
applications.
Separately, Ansell Healthcare, the operating unit
of Ansell LTD., has retained Epsen Fuller & Associates
to conduct an international search for the senior
finance role in EMEA and chief financial for their
European headquarters based in Brussels, Belgium.
Requiring an executive with extensive international
experience to include in-depth knowledge of the
various taxation, accounting, statutory, and reporting
requirements both in the US and in each of the EMEA
localities, the new Chief Financial Officer, EMEA
for Ansell will provide overall leadership for the
finance and accounting group and critical control
of all the strategic as well as day-to-day aspects
of Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Administration
in the European operations, which accounts for approximately
35 percent of their annual revenue of $800 million.
Epsen Fuller's General Managing Partner Thomas Fuller
will lead these assignments from the firm's New
Jersey office with research assistance provided
through European affiliates, and expects both positions
to be completed within 80 to 90 days.
