MORRISTOWN, NJ (August 4, 2004) - Epsen Fuller & Associates, LLC, a leading retained executive search firm, has been admitted as a member firm of The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) by unanimous vote of the AESC board of directors.

The AESC is the worldwide professional association representing retained executive search consulting firms, whose mission is to promote the highest professional standards in retained executive search, broaden public understanding of the executive search process and serve as an advocate for the interest of its member firms.

Thomas Fuller, general managing partner of Epsen Fuller, commented: "Membership in AESC is a strategic milestone for our company that will contribute to the continued growth of our firm. Being recognized by our peers as a firm that adheres to the highest of standards in ethics and quality of work, serves to reinforce the values and commitment to our clients that we demonstrate each and every day."

Fuller added, "It is important for both our clients and our candidates to know the standards to which we subscribe in accomplishing our mission, helping clients reach their business objectives through the acquisition and development of superior talent."

Membership in the AESC is the only meaningful accreditation attainable in the executive search profession and it is closely guarded by the AESC Councils when reviewing potential applicants. Not all executive search firms are admitted. Key criteria for selection include being a retained executive search consultancy committed to the highest standards of professionalism, references from existing members of the AESC and clients, an on-site audit of business practices and procedures, and election by the membership committee and Board of Directors. Once admitted as a member, a firm is ranked among the highest quality firms in the business and can point with satisfaction to the AESC's Code of Ethics and Professional Practice Guidelines to which it subscribes.
