Formerly, Tom was a Partner with TMP Worldwide (Johnson Smith & Knisely), a leading, international executive search firm. As a strategic consultant to clients across multiple industries, Tom has successfully executed hundreds of senior management search assignments for clients in the CONSUMER GOODS & SERVICES SECTOR: Jones Apparel Group, Kenneth Cole, The Limited, Ralph Lauren Polo, Timberland, and Victoria's Secret; the LIFE SCIENCE SECTOR: Dreager, Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Organon, Pharmacia, Pierre Farber; and the TECH-COMMUNICATIONS-MEDIA SECTOR: 2ergo Mobile, Agere Systems, Ciena, DRS Technologies, Lucent,MySpace, NewsCorp,TDK Electronics Telelglobe,the Tribune Company,and others.
Tom entered the executive search industry with 22 years in line and senior management experience in mid-cap and large enterprise consumer products companies to include General Mills and was the visionary behind several brand launches. As General Managing Partner of Epsen Fuller|IMD International Search Group, he is a frequent speaker on leadership and high-performance organizations, creative talent management acquisition strategies.
Tom is very active in a number of professional, civic and community organizations and is the founder and President of Freedom Riders Cycling Club, a not-for-profit cycling team dedicated to raising funds to support cancer research and increasing public awareness on the fight against cancer. He also is a sponsor of the New Jersey Technology Council, a member of New York Venture Group, New Jersey Entrepreneurs Forum, a former Board Member of The Council of Growing Companies, a former Board Member of Delbarton Fathers and Friends, and an electorate to Who's Who in America. Having attended Fordham University with a major in Dramatic Arts, Tom resides with his wife, an elementary school educator, and children in Mendham, New Jersey where he trains for long-distance cycling, plays hockey and golf, and coaches youth sports.
