As a client partner and valued search consultant, John provides over 20 years in line and senior management experience, recently as President, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of several organizations.

Early in John’s career, he rose rapidly through the ranks of sales and marketing roles to a leadership position at Datascope Corporation culminating as President of Datascope’s Collagen Products Division. In this assignment, John directed an early stage global interventional cardiology, radiology and surgical product business to a leadership position, changing the way clinical practice is delivered. As President and CEO of Colin Medical Instruments Corp., John designed, re-shaped and executed a medical device strategic and commercialization plan for hospital, outpatient and physician office markets. Most recently, as the senior executive for the US operations of FlowMedic, John designed and executed the strategic and operations plan for a prescription product to serve the vascular surgery (medicine) market for patients with lower extremity circulatory disorders.

With a track record for generating growth of revenue and profits in demanding markets, John understands the value of building high-performance teams. Acting as a strategic partner to client organizations, he provides the guidance and expertise to attract, develop and attain exceptional human capital and build a high performance teams that execute business missions in dynamic and changing markets.

Having attended Valparaiso University with a BA in Journalism, John resides with his wife and children in Madison, New Jersey where he plays basketball, golf and coaches youth athletics.
