EPSEN FULLER/IMD FILLS KEY POSITION FOR NEWS CORPORATION

Morristown, N.J. (April 24, 2007) – Executive search firm Epsen Fuller/IMD, the US partner of IMD International Search and Consulting announces the appointment of Vijay Singh to the position of President, Strategy and Corporate Development, STAR India. Singh will report to Paul Aiello, Chief Executive Officer of STAR India.

STAR, a wholly-owned subsidiary of News Corporation, one of the world’s largest media conglomerates, pioneered satellite television in Asia and today broadcasts over 60 services in nine languages, reaching more than 300 million viewers in 53 countries across Asia.

Mr. Singh will lead the current and future Joint Venture and M&A activities as well as shape and develop various additional revenue channels, and in doing so, strengthen Star’s position as the media and entertainment leader in India. He will be responsible for developing business directions for STAR India while taking an active role in the company's various joint venture businesses in India.

Thomas J. Fuller, general managing partner of Epsen Fuller/IMD conducted the search. Commenting on the scope of the project, Fuller said, “This was a particularly important assignment in the history of IMD International Search and Consulting, requiring the global resources of top-tier search professionals adept at solving the major talent demands of a fast growing economy such as India.”

Reflecting on Singh's appointment, Aiello said, "Vijay is a veteran executive with a huge breadth of experience and we feel very fortunate to have attracted him to join STAR India. Most recently, Mr. Singh served as Managing Director – Developing Markets for The Tetley Group London, where he was responsible for extending the Tetley brand across a number of countries through a combination of organic growth, joint ventures & acquisitions. Prior to that, Mr. Singh served as Managing Director, Sony Music Entertainment, India and CEO, Walt Disney Consumer Products.
