Launches new Search for Latin America

Morristown, N.J. (June 26, 2008) – Executive search firm Epsen Fuller/IMD International Search Group announces that the company has completed an executive search assignment with the appointment of Gregory LeClaire to general manager and commercial director of North America for Davey Bickford USA, Inc., the Us based subsidiary of Davey Bickford. Headquartered in Héry, France, Davey Bickford is a high-technology company that engineers and manufactures sophisticated detonation and electronic initiation systems used in the automotive, fire and safety, and mining and construction industries.

“In meeting with various candidates and executing our Performance Based Assessment approach to talent acquisition, LeClaire stood out as the ideal person to meet Davey Bickford’s business objectives here in the US and North America,” said Tom Fuller, general managing partner of Epsen Fuller/IMD, who conducted the search along with Conni Bullock, principal, from the company’s New York and New Jersey offices. “LeClaire will drive the long-term growth of Davey Bickford in the United States, Canada and Mexico through new customer acquisition and increased market share among North American mines, quarries and public works organizations.

LeClaire spent 21 years with Ensign Bickford and its successor, Dyno Nobel Inc., where he had an impressive career and developed significant expertise in sales and sales management, technical sales and services, and operations management.

In related news, as a result of Epsen Fuller/IMD’s outstanding results and superior service, Davey Bickford has awarded a new assignment to the firm in which they seek a Commercial Director and General Manager of Latin America to be based in Santiago, Chile. The role will essentially be the Latin American counter-part to Mr. LeClaire and will require not only deep industry experience but also an in-depth knowledge of the Latin American market.
