IMD International Search and Consulting Members From 24 Countries Meet in Prague to Discuss Worldwide Economy Effects on Executive Search Industry

With the economy in a steep decline, representatives from 24 countries recently convened in Prague for a meeting to discuss the effects of the current financial crisis and its ripple effect through worldwide markets.

In addition, the group was honored to have two special guest speakers:  Tomáš Sedláček, Chief Macroeconomic Strategist at ČSOB, Banking Consultant; Lecturer at The New Anglo-American College in Prague and at the Institute of Economic Studies, Charles University, Prague, who spoke about the present financial crisis from a global perspective.  Jane Hannah, CEO, České Radiokomunikace, discussed the personal challenges she faced taking on the chief executive role in a foreign country.
